Canonical DefinitionBehavioral Trust Standard (BTS) defines the structural conditions under which
AI behavior becomes, remains, loses, and restores trust through consistent
governance, observable integrity, accountable operation, reliable evidence,
and verifiable behavioral performance throughout the complete behavioral
lifecycle.
BTS governs AI behavioral trust.
The standard establishes the governance conditions required to ensure that
trust is treated as a measurable governance outcome rather than an assumption,
expectation, or marketing claim.

Trust is earned through behavior.

Trust determines whether organizations, regulators, employees, customers, andsociety are willing to rely on AI behavior.
